Allholding Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH

is the holding company that bundles all of the Michael Gröller family’s entrepreneurial activities.
We have structured our corporate divisions in our subsidiaries:

Allmobil Immobilien GmbH sees itself as an active real estate portfolio holder and specializes in the management and further development of Viennese residential real estate. Properties are constantly being purchased and further developed here.

Allinvest Unternehmensbeteiligungs GmbH sees itself as an entrepreneurial investor for equity investments. Allinvest also works as a management consultant on strategic corporate issues, financing issues and real estate-specific issues for family businesses, family offices and private foundations.

Allmobil

Allmobil Immobilien GmbH was founded in 2004. Since then, investments have only been made in the real estate asset class in Vienna (“Wiener Zinshaus”). For this purpose, both individual properties were acquired via asset deals and entire property portfolios as share deals. A key focus is on the continuous development of the portfolio through targeted investments in the maintenance and improvement of apartments and general parts of the properties. The creation of new space through extensions and attic conversions will also be promoted where appropriate. We consider ourselves as a long term investor and therefore reinvest all rental proceeds into the development of the portfolio. Depending on the situation, individual properties and entire property portfolios are purchased and, if necessary, sold, with the aim of achieving a stable or slightly increasing amount of space.

Allinvest

Allinvest Unternehmensbeteiligungs GmbH was founded in 2006 to bundle the diverse company investments of the Gröller family. It sees itself as an active entrepreneurial investor. Investments are made in the areas of buy-outs, growth and opportunity investments. The aim is to achieve a broad diversification of investments in various industrial sectors.

Allinvest also works as a management consultant on strategic corporate issues, financing issues and real estate-specific issues for family businesses, family offices and private foundations.
